setting reveal.js transitions

I see in the example presentation you're able to set the default transition through a link; and I can hack that into the url to get the same effect. Also, I can set the transition by adding this after the slide title:
{data-transition=<something>}
But how do I just set a default slide transition for the entire presentation? Or in general, how do I access the config for reveal.js?

OK, turns out I just needed to learn some javascript, and read the docs. As it says there, you need to update the revealConfig variable inside script tags, so I just added the following at the top of my presentation:
<script>
revealConfig.transition='none';
</script>

Yahoo -- great you figured it out. I will make this a default metadata key in the next release (coming soon...), where you can just write
Transition: none
for example.
