Header numbering style

Hi,

I haven't been able to find the way to change the style of numbering the headers. By default headers are shown as:

1. Header h1

1.1. Header h2

1.1.1. Header h3

1.2. Header h2

...

and I am trying to show them as:

A Header h1

A1 Header h2

A1.1 Header h3

A2 Header h2

...

I have found around internet how to do this with CSS:
body {
  counter-reset : h1;
}
h1 {
  counter-reset : h2;
    }
h2 {
  counter-reset : h3;
    }
h1:before {
  counter-increment : h1;
  content : counter(h1,upper-alpha) " ";
}
h2:before {
  content : counter(h1,upper-alpha) counter(h2,decimal) " ";
  counter-increment : h2;
}
h3:before {
  content : counter(h1,upper-alpha) counter(h2,decimal) "."  counter(h2,decimal) " ";
  counter-increment : h3;
}
Any suggestion to do this with the headers within Madoko guys? :)

Many thanks in advance,

David
